Returns & Exchange Policy
CleanAir4Life.com is committed to your satisfaction. We believe our products and service will help you live healthier. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it with in 30 days (see exceptions below). If you would prefer to speak with Customer Service before deciding to return or exchange your purchase, please call (888) 411-0964, 8:30am to 5:30pm (MTN standard) Monday through Friday. CleanAir4Life.com offers a 30-day return policy. If your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location. If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. Certain products are not returnable, including opened bedding and custom orders. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it cannot be returned. Please see below for a list of restrictions: Your purchase can be returned for up to 30 days. We will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling (including promotional shipping costs - orders that receive free shipping are only if you keep the product). Returns made within 30 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee if returned in the original condition and original packaging. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories items returned in less than new condition or without the original packaging as described above will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If the unit is damaged additional charges may apply. Cleanair4life.com Items which are not returnable: - Replacement filters, pads, lamps, and all test kits.

Returning products is easy, simply follow these instructions: - Simply go to our contact page and email us stating that you would like to make a return or exchange and request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) you must give a reason for the return or exchange, to receive a “RMA” number. Upon receiving this information we will promptly contact you with your RMA number. No returns will be accepted without our RMA number located prominently on the out side of the box.
- We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return.
- Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. If the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by calling 1-888-411-0964. We will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping, however we cannot guarantee this. If we cannot stop your order from shipping you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges both shipping to you and return shipping back to us

Shipping
All products sold by Cleanair4life.com are typically shipped within the next business day after the order is placed. The exception being when paying by check (7-10 days) or in the unlikely event the item is backordered. Most products are shipped via “FedEx Ground” or “UPS”. If you have specific shipping requirements please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If free shipping is offered on a particular product, this is for the continental US only unless other wise stated. If Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada there will be an additional charge of $15.00 US dollars. All other international or overseas shipping will need to be quoted and exact charges will apply, please contact us for a quote.
