 How The Icezone 10 Works
The IceZone 10 from Biozone are air purifiers that are designed to be fitted to the outside of the icemaker with a tube connected to the evaporator cabinet. The unit delivers ultra pure air into the cabinet rich in OH, O and O3 molecules and negative ions. These spread within the confines of the ice maker killing microorganisms and inhibiting the growth of biomass slime. This ensures that the ice maker is kept clean internally and reduces cleaning of the machine to external surfaces, saving vast amounts of time.

UV Lamp Maintenance
Maintenance for the Biozone IceZone 10 is easy. The end caps are unscrewed and then a locking screw removed, which enables the internal components to easily slide out. The UV bulb can then be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and spirit, or replaced if required before sliding the internals back into the hull of the units and refitting the end caps.
